Return & Refund Policy

Thank you in advance for purchasing our products. Due to our products being handmade, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Refunds and exchanges will only be given if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Send an e-mail to support@uniunisoul.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return shipping address and the process. Uniunisoul will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Place the item(s) in the original packing, seal the parcel securely and send us the return tracking number. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions within 3 working days. 

For a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It will be returned to your account within 1-10 working days. It depends on the processing time of the bank.
For exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within 3-10 working days.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended.

Our return policy is a bit strict as our pieces are all handmade, we typically don't make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we're making it specifically for you. we thank you very much for your understanding and compliance with our policies.
