Lanlan
Lanlan was born in an ancient Dong village in Guizhou, China, and was the first college student in the village's history. After working in the city for eight years, she chose to return to her hometown and set up Yishanren Handmade Studio, reviving the village's disappearing traditional crafts, hand-weaving and natural dyeing.

About "Dong Cloth"
"Dong cloth", also known as bright cloth, is a traditional handmade cloth of the Dong people in China. It is made of handwoven cotton cloth that is repeatedly dip-dyed, steamed, and hammered with a dye solution mixed with indigo, white wine, cowhide juice, egg white, etc. All raw materials are taken from Dong plants, which can be said to be 100% natural fabrics. Fabrics made from this ancient technique sparkle in the sun, have a metallic sheen, and are warm, waterproof, breathable, and antibacterial.
